Accessibility

Tokitool should be readable and usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and without relying on color alone. This page says what we aim for and where the tools fall short.

Last updated: November 7, 2026

Target

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA on pages and controls: text contrast against the page background, visible focus, and labels on form fields. Body copy uses the same dark ink as headings, at a size you can read without zooming.

Language

The site is English. There is no language switch. A control that only pretended to translate the tools would be worse than saying so here. Other languages will get a real switch when the pages exist.

Known limits

  • Passport, compress, background, and remove-person tools draw on a canvas. Cropping, dragging, and painting a mask are pointer actions. Upload, download, and mode buttons around the canvas are ordinary controls.
  • Cover face places an emoji on a face. A screen reader may announce the emoji’s name rather than “face hidden.”
  • The first visit to a model-backed tool downloads that model. The photo itself still stays in the browser.
