What we build
The site is a collection of practical tools people already search for: turning a WhatsApp chat export into a PDF, compressing an image for a form or email, resizing a passport photo to the right millimeters, generating a static QR code, formatting JSON, converting CSV ↔ JSON, encoding Base64, converting Unix timestamps, removing a background, creating a favicon, and generating strong passwords.
Each tool is meant to be obvious in the first minute. We avoid dashboards, upsell walls, and “sign in to continue” prompts. If a feature cannot run honestly in the browser yet, we say so instead of shipping a fake waitlist or a half-built page as if it were finished product.
How privacy works here
For most tools, your files and text never leave your device. The browser reads the file, runs the conversion or resize locally, and lets you download the result. That is deliberate: chat exports, passport photos, and passwords are not casual marketing data.
A few features may still load supporting code from the network, for example an on-device AI model for background removal hosted on a CDN. Even then, the photo itself is processed in your browser, not uploaded to Tokitool for storage. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Who runs the site
Tokitool is operated as a sole proprietorship, not a large company product suite. There is no separate “support ticket portal.” If something breaks or you have a question, email hello@tokitool.com or use the contact page.
Content and guides
Beyond the tools themselves, we publish practical guides: how to export WhatsApp chats, compress photos for forms, check passport photo requirements, build URL or Wi-Fi QR codes, and understand what “private browser tools” actually means. Those pages exist to teach the workflow, not to pad the site with filler.
Content standards
Guides and tool explainers are written for Tokitool: how these pages behave, what failure modes we see, and what we will not overclaim (for example, we do not promise passport acceptance). We do not scrape other sites or spin synonym rewrites to manufacture pages. If you find wording that looks copied or misleading, email hello@tokitool.com and we will fix it.
Passport size hubs list countries with a distinct size, background, or application path. Near-duplicate 35 × 45 mm Schengen-style pages stay available if you have the link, but they are marked noindex and are not promoted from the hub, so they do not look like doorway pages built only for search engines. Unique sizes and high-value country pages stay indexed. That follows Google’s guidance to expand useful pages or consolidate thin ones rather than multiply cookie-cutter URLs.
We aim to match AdSense publisher expectations: enough unique content that users have a reason to visit, no scraped duplicates, honest product claims, and navigation that leads to real tools and articles. Advertising
We may show Google AdSense ads to keep the tools free. Ads are planned around the page chrome and supporting articles, not inside editors, crop canvases, or dropzones. Until ad units are turned on we do not load Google’s advertising script at all — the account link is just a verification meta tag and an ads.txt file, which keeps pages light for people on slow connections.
What we will not do
- Require an account to use a finished tool
- Silently upload your chat exports, photos, or passwords for “processing” without saying so
- Ship unfinished “coming soon” pages as if they were live product
- Hide how to reach a human (email is public)
